Temperature Control |

|
Wine collectors prefer to store fine wines between 52F and 58F. Each Wine Products system has temperature adjustment between 50F and 60F, to fit the particular requirements of your wine cellar and collection. |

Temperature Stratification |
|
| |
|
The Wine Products WP3000 directs air upwards and out from the system. This helps maintain a more even temperature between the top row and bottom row of the cellar. Units that discharge cool air downwards have a wider temperature range, otherwise known as "stratification." When tested, the WP3000 system installed in a well insulated cellar, a two degree temperature differential between the top and bottom rows of wine were maintained. Downward discharging units tested resulted in temperature range increases of 4 to 5 degrees. |

Humidity Control |

|
Humidity plays an important role in your wine cellar. It keeps the cork moist and prevents air from oxidation and wine from damage. Humidity should be between 50% and 70%. The Wine Products system controls humidity automatically. Your cellar is slowly brought to temperature, leaving a desired level of humidity in the room. If too much humidity is present, the excess water is removed by our unique evaporation system. |

Water Removal |
|

|
If there is too much water in the system, the excess is drained from the evaporator side to the condenser side of the system. Here the water is heated and exhausted from the rear grill to the outside room. In some areas of the country, there are times when high humidity levels may exceed the capacity of the system. Although it is rare, if this should occur, an external drain is provided to handle the situation. |

Self-Contained |

The Wine Products system is designed to fit into an opening in the cellar wall. Simply insert the unit into the wall opening and plug into a 120V outlet. The unit's design fits between standard wall stud spacing of 14.5" apart. |
